Spring 2027 Housing Waitlist Application

Thank you for your interest in on-campus housing for the Spring 2027 semester!

The Spring 2027 Housing Waitlist Application will open on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open for one week, closing on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Students interested in obtaining on-campus housing for the Spring 2027 semester must complete the waitlist application and meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum GPA: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0.

• Full-Time Enrollment: Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours for the Spring 2027 semester.

Please note that completing the waitlist application does not guarantee a housing assignment. Assignments will be made based on eligibility and available spaces. If space becomes available, students will be assigned based on housing availability.

Important Information:

• Currently residing on campus? Students who are currently living on campus do not need to complete the waitlist application.

• Requesting a room change or room swap? Students seeking to change rooms or swap assignments must speak directly with their Hall Director. The waitlist application is not intended for room change or room swap requests.

• Explore other options: We encourage students to consider off-campus housing options as a backup plan while awaiting a potential housing assignment.

Please ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and submit your application during the designated application period.

Additionally, students on the waitlist will not be able to select a specific building, room, or roommate at this time. Any assignments made from the waitlist will be randomly placed based on the spaces available at that time.

We strongly encourage students to also explore off-campus housing options as a backup plan.
